Back-Office Administrative Assistant (M,F,X)

Your main responsibilities :

 

  • Receiving and encoding purchase invoices : Manage supplier invoices with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Accounting issue follow-up : Handle data entry related to accounting issues in internal systems.
  • Issuing sales invoices : Prepare and send invoices to our clients.
  • Welcoming and registering visitors : Ensure a professional and warm reception for visitors, clients, and partners.
  • Document archiving : Organize and maintain administrative records (both digital and physical).
  • Various reporting : Produce administrative reports to track activities.
  • Administrative support : Provide versatile support to various departments (operational, commercial, administrative) and assist according to the needs of different subsidiaries.

 

Your profile :

 

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in an administrative department or a similar role.
  • Previous experience in the logistics or airfreight sector is an asset.
  • You are organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • You are proficient with common IT tools (MS Office), and knowledge of Sage/Bob is an asset.
  • You are fluent in French and have a good command of professional English.
